A one-time setup fee applies to all new orders. This covers the time and resources needed to prepare your artwork, including file adjustments and layout setup, ensuring your order is accurate and ready for repeat orders without additional setup costs.

Equipment scheduled for installation by Urban Vinyl Signage must be delivered in a clean condition, free from glue residue or other contaminants. If cleaning is required, additional charges may apply based on the level of contamination.

If your company has established branding guidelines or a brand manual, we kindly ask that you provide the most recent version. This ensures that our work aligns with your brand’s standards and visual identity, maintaining consistency across all materials.

Please note that colors on computer screens vary by monitor, and digital printing on different media may cause slight variations. For exact color matching, we recommend requesting test prints, available for an additional fee.

For on-site installations, please ensure that the area is closed off or restricted to the general public. This precaution allows us to carry out the installation efficiently and, most importantly, ensures the safety of everyone involved.

Any misprints, missing items, or damages must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Production will only begin once the proof has been formally approved, either through physical signature or written email consent
