Hi! I am Lorrie and it is great to meet you! My favourite thing about owning this business is helping other business owners bring their brand and vision to life. It is so satisfying to see people’s faces light up the first time they see their logo printed or turned into a sign. I love being a part of the journey and watching other businesses grow.

OWNER & LEAD INSTALLER

Hi, I am Kelly. I am sweet, lovable and patient. Others may have a different opinion but they are wrong, lol. I believe training and quality materials are keys to success. For this reason, we prioritize training our staff and certifying them in appropriate designations for the work they do. I am proud to be a 3M Prefered and 3M Endorsed installer. We are also a 3M Select sign shop which emphasizes our goals to produce a quality product.

MANAGER

Hey, I’m Matt. I run on caffeine, usually have the tunes cranked, and I’m a die-hard Boston Bruins fan. I’ve been in the sign industry since 2005, and I still enjoy taking an idea and turning it into a finished product.

Around the shop, I’m usually handling rush jobs, putting together quotes, and making sure every project gets fast, friendly service. If you’ve placed an order sometime in the last 20 years, there’s a pretty good chance I still remember it.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me playing drums, smoking meat, or messing around with my 3D printer.

Sup! My name is Derek, and I thrive when I'm creating - whether it's painting, miniature modeling, laser engraving or growing my personal business. Having worked in the promotions industry, I deeply understand the importance of quality production which enhances a customer’s branding. With a keen eye for detail and a strong aptitude for learning, I am confident of my abilities to contribute meaningfully in such a creative environment as the Urban Vinyl!

Hey there, I’m Meghan!

I’m the one behind the scenes keeping Lorrie and Matt organized—or at least making it look like I am. If you have a question, need help with an order, or just want to talk stickers, I’m your girl.

When I’m not at the shop, you’ll usually find me juggling family life, helping on the farm, riding my horses, watching my son at rodeos, and trying to squeeze just one more flower into my yard,  I’m also fully embracing my granny hobbies—gardening, canning, and putting up anything I can get my hands on. 

I believe life should be a little wild, a little western, and never taken too seriously.

SENIOR OPERATIONS SPECIALIST (S.O.S.)

Meet Don, Urban Vinyl’s resident jack of all trades and unofficial mayor of Leduc.

Don has forgotten more than most people will ever know, and he usually jumps in first to fix, build, install, or figure out why something isn't working. He knows just about everyone in town, and if he doesn’t know you yet, there’s a good chance he will be cold-calling you soon.

With a quick wit, a sarcastic comeback always ready, and an impressive amount of useful knowledge packed away, Don keeps things interesting while ensuring the job gets done right. His methods may not always be the safest, but they are usually the easiest.

Around here, when no one else knows how to install, fix, or make something work, we ask Don.

Hi, my name is Liam. I usually work in the back of the shop, powering through an endless stream of work orders. I’m always willing to take on new tasks and learn valuable lessons along the way.

Outside of work, I enjoy drawing and creating art, experimenting with new foods, and playing soccer.

My name is Bruce, and I’m an Old English Bulldog. If you’ve got any complaints, I’m your guy. Just a heads-up, I can be easily bribed, especially with ice cubes or snacks. I am a big Momma’s boy and don’t leave her side. A few of my favorite things include sleeping while sitting up and getting the zoomies at 5pm. Looking forward to hearing from you (or just receiving snacks)!

Woof, I'm Bad Billy Bacon Brososky. I was the Manager of HR, Complaint Department, Social Media Star, Influencer, Food Inspector, Receptionist and Entertainer. It wasn’t easy being in charge and having so much responsibility. I enjoyed snacks, begging, farting, cuddles and naps. I didn't like to listen or be told what to do. Some people would say I was just like Kelly.
